Thank you for signing the petition! These are the instructions on how to sign and what to do next.

1)      Download the petition and declaration pages.

2)      Print the first page with signature lines and the declaration page.

3)      On the page with signature lines; Sign, date, print your physical address (using the address you have on file as a Yellowstone County Registered Voter) and in the last column your last name, first, and middle initial.

4)      On the declaration page write your name, then your date of first signature (the date you signed) and the date of last signature will be the same date as your signed date. Write your name in print twice in the spaces provided. Then your signature and date of signature is the last line.

5)     Once your signature page and unsworn declaration are filled out and signed Call/text 208-651-4953 or 406- 671-8697 and we will pick your signed petition and declaration page up from you or place in envelope and drop them off in pink tote at 107 19th St West in Billings (between Central & Broadwater).

• Please do not sign the affidavit page (2nd page in the Initiative), Sign only the signature page, then fill out and sign the Declaration page. If you send in the affidavit page, it will be rejected.

• IF YOU’D LIKE TO GATHER SIGNATURES IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD OR AMONG YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY PLEASE CALL US AND WE’LL WALK YOU THROUGH IT.

·         IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED VOTER IN YELLOWSTONE COUNTY, YOU CAN GO TO THE YELLOWSTONE COUNTY ELECTIONS OFFICE AT 502 4TH AVE. N., BILLINGS, MT. OR WHEN WE PICK UP YOUR PETITION, WE HAVE VOTERS REGISTRATION FORMS THAT YOU CAN SIGN AND WE’LL DELIVER THEM TO THE COUNTY ELECTIONS OFFICE ALONG WITH YOUR SIGNED PETITION.
